Application for Amendment of Memorandum of Association under Section 9 of the Karnataka Societies Registration Act 1960.
The societies registered under Karnataka Societies Registration Act 1960 can apply for the service of amendment of memorandum of association under the section 9 of the Karnataka societies Registration Act 1960
Documents to be submitted with application:
1.Request letter to District Registrar.
2.Notices containing written or printed proposed amendment sent to members for attending special general meetings.
3.Postal acknowledgement of notice sent to its members for special general meetings/ General meetings.
4.Proceedings of two meetings.
5.Attendance of members present in the two meetings.
6.Certified copy of original Memorandum of Association (MOA) societies.
7.Amendment proposal.
8.Copy of latest returns filed.
Application Fee : As prescribed in rule 9 of the Karnataka societies registration rules 1961 Rs 100 (For SC/ST and Women societies 50 Percent of the fee prescribed) Rs 35 per page scanning fees
